Gravity:
Worth or Worthless?
Introduction
Have
you ever wondered what will happen to the world if there is no gravity? People cannot see gravity with their
bare eyes and thus they don’t even notice what role does gravity plays in their
lives. Generally, gravity is a force of attraction between objects due to their
masses (Christina, 2011). If there is no gravitational force, everything would
be completely flat and featureless, and definitely this may cause troubles
towards human beings, natural surroundings, and also non-living things.
Body Paragraph
There are several effects
towards human being if there is no gravity especially to perform their daily routine.
It must be difficult for people because they cannot eat in a proper condition
and sleep comfortably on the bed. There will be no more muscle building because
everything is floating and weightless. In addition, people cannot perform
multitasking jobs and it would more difficult compared to a world with
gravitational forces.
It
will as well affect the natural surroundings if the world has no gravity. For
example, forest, ocean, skies, mountain, dessert, pond/lake and rivers will rip
apart from their places. Thus, it will also affect things that live in them
including aquatic life, corals, sands and other creatures. Moreover, atmosphere
will disappear and it will cause death for a living mechanism such as trees that
cannot growth in fact the animal cannot live in a properly condition is one of
death causes to all life forms(Christina, 2011).
Next is the consequence that non-living thing
will experience if there is no gravity. Variety of non-living things such as
buildings, houses, roads, vehicles, bridges, and others cannot attach to the
earth. These non-living things will be bumping everywhere and cannot be built
properly. In addition, the entire mineral inside the earth will drift apart and
not in a proper state (Christina, 2011). Thus, the mineral also will be
floating around and bumping everywhere.
Conclusion
Without
gravity, everything on earth and above the earth would be moving freely, and
become mass less it affected the land, ocean, airspace and definitely human.
Any daily activities will be so extremely difficult to
perform and it can make live become complicated. Overall, gravity is one of the
fundamental element of the universe.
